@REDonaldAuthor @ChristopherNoyesRoberts But I eat a low carb diet. It's actually Cycling Ketogenic Diet or CKD to keep my body fat low and my insulin sensitivity high. I'm depleting glycogen 6 days per week. Then do a what's called a refeed for those hungry cells.
@REDonaldAuthor @ChristopherNoyesRoberts If you consume potatoes along with adequate protein and healthy fats, the potatoes won't be absorbed nearly as fast (especially yams) which raises blood sugar. All things in moderation just be sure to eat a maintenance level of calories. Not a surplus.
