This is why you shouldn’t be able to buy your child into a university. This entire rambling response just makes the Wharton Business school look bad.

Walking on air after that Phillies game tonight!

The good thing about a nightmare is waking up from it. Just like living in a nightmare and finally getting free from it. I sill feel a little askew from both the nightmare and my past. But it’s all over now. Very thankful.

So this was the 4th time I got Covid. The worst is over but I’m totally wiped out. Had to miss Thanksgiving and now my compromised immune system will keep me from spending a week with my granddaughter. Ugh.

Problems I've had since new management took over the place
1. No ac for 1.5 months
2. No washer machine for 1 month
3. Locked out from my own balcony for nearly 3 months
4. Bathtub not draining 5 months
5. Countertop peeling requested to be fixed in 2022, never fixed
6. Put in a request for Ethernet outlet to work, dude came out in 2023, couldn't fix it, forgotten
7. Put in a request for my leaky fridge in August, no updates, it's been forgotten, I put a bowl under it to catch the water

8. COVID money from the state for rent, took 6 months to be applied because the previous employer left and no one forwarded her email.

I don't have a problem with things taking time but they never communicate. I spend a lot of time calling, leaving voicemails, waiting, calling back, driving to the office on my lunch break or early morning to get updates. I keep a SD card of all receipts and docs and recorded phone calls bc they never keep up!

Aw, Rosalynn Carter. Though it is refreshing to feel a good strong life full of love and meaning got a decently lengthy time to grace those around her. Much respect and peace to the Carters, friends and family.
