I’m not going to advise anyone to copy this, but I took a 5-mile very leisurely run, and the mobility in my busted toe went WAY up. It’s just as purple, but swelling is even less, and wiggling is painless now.

It’s just a hairline crack, I’m sure. Swelling replaced by bruising already.

Managed to bust a toe in a driving class today, if you’re wondering how lame I am. (double meaning absolutely intended). Ok, it wasn’t the class per se, it was leaving me alone with an obstacle course. I can still get over a damn wall, though! I just need to remember what shoes I’m wearing.

First attempt at pho, spring rolls and cucumber maifun vinegar salad. Mostly worked. Need to work on technique, and keep the noodles separate. Man, they can absorb a lot.
