@kel None of my 'online friends' want to drag themselves away from the toxicity, I know its addictive, im also one of them but the last few days ive been seriously rethinking it. I need a new home. Meh Im fed up tonight might do some g rated ranting, might sit in a social realm all on my own lol.. better than the utter human zoo over there. Thanks x
@Paige814 Most people find that a few days detox in a place like this really changes the perspective on all of that.
Twitter's toxicity is worse than it has ever been, and it doesn't stay there. It seeped into my life in ways that I couldn't understand while I was chasing the dopamine hits of algorithm-driven, hollow engagement.
This place is better for me in every possible way.
Good luck! Prying yourself out of that isn't easy.
