So, if a former president cannot be held accountable for official acts as president, Biden could have donny arrested as a threat to democracy based on their 2025 playbook. After all, he did swear to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" (https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artII-S1-C8-1/ALDE_00001126/), but I don't think he's willing to do that.
