Something I want to share. Recently GC and "LGB" hate group members have been going on and on about a debunked theory about transgender identifying people being a social contagion. Thing is, we've always fucking been here. We just don't feel safe coming out to UNSAFE people. Reason there's so many of us coming out, is because of better medicine practices, surgical practices, and studies understanding us better.

@PaganMother Not so different a past for other gay people. I grew up in a world where you both hid & were ashamed of what I heard referred to at an early age as 'natures cruel joke'. I hid my truth from the world & also from myself. I'm glad things have changed for so many I hope to yet see them change for many more. History shows as long as there were people, we always had many types of 'differently normal' ones too. 'We are family' really should be all humans not just the gay community.
@Lucky188 On that I absolutely agree. I do wish to see a more accepting society come into being, but we're under threat by our government, by special interests such as christian groups across the globe. I mean, think of it this way, in a spoonful of sugar, we're a single granular in population size compared to the rest of the world.
@PaganMother I see the threat as well and worry that the future generations wont enjoy the progress so many paid so much for. Its on us though to meet that force with an opposite force, we have done it before we will do it again if we needed.
