I think I spent a big part of the session speaking about my sharing about DID and my alters presences here and the community support and acceptance of me just being me. But then, when I opened YT, I found this. From Ren. I have listened and empathized with his journey in healing from his first video onward. Something in me feels that that video was intended as a message to uplift, to give hope, and to help shine a light on the struggles many of us face daily. I wanted to share it with you, because I know that we all face our inward wars and demons, and sometimes, we don't win that skirmish, but we still keep on fighting. #MentalHealthWarriors
