Also an option: discontinue using facebook, and anything Meta for that matter. Shutter your account and do your best to make them remove your stuff.
And before ppl say "oh I only use it because my [person you care about] is on there and they don't use anything else!", maybe they'd use something better if YOU were only on something better. If we ALL stop, Meta stops.
@FernLovebond I might end up doing that, my account at the moment is security locked. I'm just so tired of dealing with metas bullshit excuse of moderation tools.
