If anyone knows what to do if Windows 10 upgrade tells you it can't proceed because Avira's on your machine and isn't compatible when there's no trace of Avira on the machine, please let me know a.s.a.p.! @caaddison88 Okay, so, if Avira was on her system AT ALL, you will need to follow the instructions to remove it from your system and boot in safemode to ensure it's completely gone, then reboot for the upgrade to finish. Rebooting following removing the uninstalled program basically gives the system time to remove the registry keys from your system. Pinging ze techheads to chime in. #TechHelp
