@thedisasterautist I wish I could contain myself, specially with Mexican food. My relationship with food is not the best.

@Oyetessa: I did the old bodybuilding dieting thing.
Figure out caloric intake necessary for your basal/resting metabolic rate. Boost the drinking of el agua, and be more physically and mentally active. (An active brains actually burns a lot of calories. True fact.) Unlike the old days, there are free calculators online that can help you broadly calculate your caloric needs and also the nutritional info of foods you eat. There are also apps to help you track them.

@Oyetessa: Mine used to not be. I worked from mid-2014 to around the same time in 2016 to make it better. Between eating not-awfully and exercising some regularly, I went from ~300 to ~205.
I do love to cook and always have. Yep, I do love me some noms.
