Mandatory overtime is bullshit. Saying because we are busy I have to work an additional 8-10 hrs a week until February is bullshit. No company you should maybe take a look at why our turn over rate is 62% and fix your side of the street. Forcing your employees that can do their job to cover for your shitty managers and policies is how you lose good employees………. Yes I am becoming increasingly convinced I work for evil corp.
