@rpardee Could be now that Ukraine is starting to take some Russia territory, but I'm doubtful as Putin wants to retake the former SSR territories.

@NorthernInvader yeah, once you read the story you realize that it's about Russia's claim to have stopped Ukraine's forces in Russia. But my first thought was 'OMG is the war ending?'

That would be nice but I suspect it won't happen regardless of who wins in November. Putin has plans, he's getting old and is determined to make those plans happen. He's a sadistic egomaniac and wants to solidify his lasting image as a winner and the restorer of the Russian empire.
