Dying refrigerator chili update: bad spots removed and the rest are headed for bean & beef chili dinner.
@Vanitas Be very careful. Those poisons from bad spots like mold or funny looking are not always constrained to the spots you remove.
Fair, but most of them weren't too far gone. However, if you don't hear from me in the next couple of days... It was the funky pepper spots.
Good news. Still here after last night's chili with rescued peppers 😁🌶️🫑
