How long will you simmer this huge pot?
@LnzyHou hours - want to thicken it a tad. Need to go to Wally World to get a bunch of small plastic freezer containers each just big enough to hold enough sauce for one or two dishes.

@InvaderGzim @LnzyHou Nice, thanks but I prefer square or rectangular ones as they use much less space in a fridge/freezer. I have a bunch of Pyrex round ones (this size and larger) and they really take up a lot of room because of their shape.
