Not sure it’s still a thing but in the 80s Mule Days in Bishop was the only time and place in the US that you could legally bet on Mule races. Bishop swells in population so much for the weekend there’s gridlock. You’d better know how to get around it or walk! #EasternHighSierra #MuleDaysRodeo
