Wft…our neighbors, whom we don’t know but seem normal, just proved to be that they’re really not. They’re selling this house right behind us for $700,000.
A interested buyer from SF saw it online and offered them $1,000,000 for it. 😱😱😱
LMAO at the cut your nose off to spite your face response of “NO! We won’t sell to those kind of people.” 🤭😆😂
I think I’d have preferred a Bay Area person because they’d probably be gone a lot.
Principles or foolishness? 🤷🏻♀️
@NorCalCherylLyn I go with principles and I wonder why a person would feel the need to offer that much more money right up front, that alone makes me suspicious ,maybe they know something about the people that you don't? I get feeling protective of a home I have lived in, especially if it was long term or they built or inherited it, it's a gorgeous place and I wish I had that kind of money.
@Tattoomonkey29 wish I could buy it too. They “want a local person” which on the face of it I kind of understand but to lose $300,000 for that reason just doesn’t make sense.
They’ve only lived there about two years and that kind of profit is life changing. Knowing the local politics I can’t help but believe it’s for that reason. They’re staying in the area, on a bigger ranch and probably do not want crap from everyone for selling to Socialists from San Francisco.
@Ironworker229 @Tattoomonkey29 lol! 😆
