Please, please, do not use these things! There is a reason your Hygenist’s ultrasonic scaler has water spraying out of it. The water keeps your teeth cool so the nerve won’t get cooked and die.

These things (the brand doesn’t matter) with no water flowing out onto the teeth will likely cause you to need root canals and crowns. #JustDont
