We’re pretty safe as long as we don’t leave home…unless the mega storm hits. But so many others are at really high risk. In the Sac Valley there are lots of levy’s, Sac is the #2 most at risk city for floods after New Orleans, many of them were built in the early 1900s by farmers. They’re not great protection so some have been upgraded by the Army Corp of Engineers but not nearly all.
Keeping those at risk foremost in my thoughts & hoping it’s not as bad as it sounds.
