Auschwitz Memorial (@AuschwitzMuseum on the bird site), posted 12:23 PM ยท May 5, 2024

In April the @AuschwitzMuseum account lost 4,119 followers. As you can see, such information excites trolls, deniers, and other similar anonymous accounts.

We keep blocking them and keep working despite such attacks.

This is one of the reasons why your engagement and support are vital to us. You create, shape, and strengthen this community of remembrance. Help us keep the memory alive.

@nealfig It is bravery for them to continue. The Museum has a kind of courage, decency and fortitude those trolls will never know.

Never forget. I'm not on the bird site anymore, but when I was there, I followed them, if for no other reason than to honor the lives lost.

In memory of the lost, and for the hope that all may one day live in peace.

@NiveusLepus @nealfig I followed them too. One of the things that I liked is that it gave names, faces, and history to individual victims rather than being lumped into just some massive number. I have to admit it was gutwrenching seeing the children though.
