It was a tough run but a good one.I ran a little further today. Moving on to weights, I'm lifting above body weight on the leg press and seeing steady progress on other machines.

Rocking it!

I was feeling kinda sore and out of energy when I woke up, but once I woke up and got into it, it got a lot better.

Motivation will fade but purpose leads to persistence.

Onward towards the dawn!
