Good morning groovy souls!

I’ve been up and on the bounce today. I got to move a tree out of the road on my way home from the gym. It’s been neat! I saw a coyote and a tree frog, lots of little joys.

Present moment, perfect moment has been on my mind much today. The day has kind of melted by, with various extra surprises (like the tree) But here I am, on the other side of second meditation and greeting all of you.

Onward towards the dawn!
