Workout stats!
I made my app unhappy. It says I'm pushing a bit to hard, but I am trying to be moderate in my run. I'm finally getting back to my runs again and it feels great to do so. I'm going slow, and running on inclines or declines to better simulate a normal running pattern, but I'm hoping by January to be back to the daily 10k
It's so hard in process, but that's part of the joy, overcoming all those things inside that say I can't and that I'm spent
I might slow down, but I won't stop
Oh, hey, no problem! When I get on the treadmill later, my stats will be so slow, we'll average out to just right.😆
@BrazenlyLiberal I'm totally jazzed that you're getting out there. Slow is better than stop!
I wouldn't call it out there - the treadmill's in the bedroom 🙂

@BrazenlyLiberal In my experinece, when working out, the path to the beginning can be a long road even if it's just getting to the next room.
I'm glad you're putting in the work to take care of you, and make the most of all your days.
Now I'm going to cool down before moving onto service meditation.
