@ACG2 🌹It's hot here; started sweating profusely, 5hen a tingling started in scalp & travelled down my arms; didn't know if it was heat or spine issues; went inside, stripped😁, sat in front of AC, hydrated & controlled breathing (to reduce tingling). 5 mins later all was good. Never was in heat before & had tingling start! Felt weird too; like electricity surging from scalp to shoulders, then arms🤔🤷♀️
@Gramdma2011 that is heat exhaustion. Was good to get cooled down and rehydrated quickly.
@Myrth 😲kept stopping & trying to finish(only a li left🤦♀️)& did; the more I tried though, the worse it got. Used to sweating in this heat while doing yard work; never had that happen. Heat exhaustion...next time I'll stop before the heavy sweating; that one kind of had me scared I wouldn't make it in; just wanted to sit, but even sick, I get stubborn; kept moving toward house; not about to let anyone find me laying on the ground w/no bra on after cutting grass in 90°F+ weather 😬😂
