I really hate family. Some more than others.
My uncle is living in the house that was inherited by my mom. There was an agreement that he pay rent, $300 a month. Pretty cheap for our area for a room with full utilities.
There was a 5 year period hat "they" (niece and his estate) did not pay. Then THEY started paying $160 a month after threat of limited service (internet)
Mom dies, no payment since January. I send email asking for $100 a month. No response.
Just sent another email. I'm limiting internet from 9am to 5pm unless I get paid $100. ONE THIRD the original agreement.
Am I wrong? I'm not threatening to kick him out. I'm just asking for a contribution to expenses.

@MrsBentoBako Are they financially indigent, or disabled or on a fixed income, or do they just not pay when they could do so?
For the past few years (2 any way) they have been paying my mother $160 a month for rent and utilities. This is after not paying 5 years.
The agreement was $300 a month. They have not paid in a month. I sent an email 30 days ago.
There is bad blood between my cousin and my mom because of this, Facebook about it.
