@Render I have disagreements. This just rings super hollow to me. Two ivory towers arguing over what rights people should have when using their platforms. Meanwhile, Apple fights against right to repair, and will brick your PC for trying to do any upgrades or repairs to it.
Also, Facebooks ad targeting sucks donkey balls. I get ads for stuff like menstrual cramp relieving devices all the time. I don't have the necessary equipment for these devices.

I agree with you freedomATX. Apple may not sell your information, but they definitely catalog it. People are the product to apple. They study people to see just how far they can push in wringing them out for money. Their tech gets more restrictive and turns the walled garden into a walled tomb.
