AmazonSmiles charity donation gets discontinued. Jassy cutting costs I see. Well he also cut back on how much drivers make too. Prices of everything have gone up. Pay accordingly.

@MrGoat Very annoyed to get the note about the demise of AmazonSmiles. It was so damned bogus. The program "wasn't as impactful was we'd hoped." WTF does that mean? It was impactful for the charities that received the money. I know the little theater group I donated to really appreciated what they got.
@MrGoat Lol! I obviously asked their bot the wrong way. And the rep was no better.
I ended up sending my letter to their press department. My husband was in public relations and says that press departments normally send that kind of feedback on to the company.
@MrGoat Holy hell Amazon makes it impossible to give feedback. Went around the site, no links. Chatted with a rep. They couldn't tell me where to send feedback and got rid of me by giving me a link that had nothing to do with anything.
