@corlin I love this book dearly.
I picked it up on a whim from the hospital gift shop at work, I closed that book feeling changed. 💛
Do you know the story of how they wrote this?
Most of the first draft was written, in a gazebo, sitting at a table across from each other. Each author writing one character. Handing the letters back and forth. Then they filled in the exposition later.
@corlin that just makes it even better, wow. I didn't know about that. 💛 Immense talent and beautiful beautiful hearts.
@MotherDucker The 12 Monkeys series is off-the-chart good. Terry Matalas showrunner, Emily Hampshire is an absolute stand-out in the cast, which is really a high bar.
@DallasBarnett cool I haven't seen this one yet, thanks! Any chance you can tell me where to stream it?
@MotherDucker Not sure where you stay, but Amazon and Google Play/ iTunes have it .. its based off the Terry Gilliam/ Bruce Willis film from the mid-90's but its SO much better.
The Time Tunnel.
Sadly I wish it had lasted longer because it was prime Irwin Allen before he became the “master of disaster”.
@MotherDucker
First to mind is The Time Traveler’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. It’s been so long the details are hazy but I enjoyed it.
A juvenile fiction candidate is When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead. Engaging, fun read.
@Nimblewill @MotherDucker When You Reach Me is stunning. So well written.
@MotherDucker
Yes.
