I’m told using two spaces at the end of a sentence makes me look old.
And literate. Fuck that one space shit. It’s ugly.

I believe the original reason had something to do with the manual typewriter keys getting jammed. Or maybe that was how the order of keyboard layout was determined. Either way, I do appreciate the space, because it is a visual representation of how we speak, with a pause between complete ideas, aka sentences.
