@misslovelymess OK. From what I've seen of him, Biden comes across as as a pragmatic person. We'll see what happens when the Democratic convention comes here to Chicago.
@MisterE He had a very disappointing debate tonight. Apparently the Dem party is all in a tizzy.

What's happening with you lately?
@misslovelymess Today was perfect, weather-wise. Sunny and low 70s . Perfect weather. Temperatures have been a beast and the AC compressor locked up, so that means a new system for HVAC. I was able to squeeze over 40 years out of it, so I don't feel too bad about that. Just pricing things out, which will be doable with a little bit of a depletion of the emergency fund. Such is life.
