What is with all these new “based on true story” religious themed series? I started watching Under the Banner of Heaven and Candy. They’re excellent, but insane! Give me some good old fashioned straight out murder like Law and Order or Bosch and I’m a happy girl 😏

@JGNWYRK I am such a Reacher book fan. My fave! I watched the whole series in one day! Cruise just wasn’t right for the role.

@JGNWYRK Maybe, but I’m old and was raised with a fall and spring tv series schedule, then a summer break and bam! Your show is back. Some of these streaming shows don’t drop for over a year. Could be Covid related but who knows
@Meri My point being that you used to have to wait between episodes. Only Disney + pauses between released episodes. Netflix amazon drop the entire thing at once.
