Catalog card blanks. We also have a huge number of separated blank ones that you need a typewriter to use.
BTW, I have kept the old card catalogs even though we have a great online catalog.

Interesting…the micro-perforations date it late 80’s, early 90’s. Card catalogs also went out of favor around that same time.
