Why am I showing garbage on my front porch?
Because when my family of 4 has twice as much recycle (white bags) as garbage (black bag) each week, I am happy.
We have to haul our own garbage to the dump, and can't use outside cans once the bears wake up.
My recycling bin is always full on pickup day.
The trash always has only two or three small bags per week.

@MelissaHDavis I have curbside pickup, but they do trash weekly and recycling every other week, and I need it to be the other way round. I rarely have a full trash can after two weeks but my recycling is always near overflowing!

My recycling is always greater than my trash. Fortunately, we have recycling dumpster behind our building.
