Wow, a 10k as a workout! I think I could walk one ...
@MelissaHDavis I'm a long distance runner. It's something I truly love to do. ^_^
@MelissaHDavis It's looking to be a normal day. I'm hoping to really drill down into my writing today.
Still trying to debate on how much of a workout I want to do, if I want to go for a full 10k, or light day it on the Treadmill. Feeling a bit weary, but that's no reason not t push if I can manage it ^_^
