@LnzyHou @MelissaHDavis My grandfather worked at Nettleton. I never met him but I learned about the legend of those shoes back in the day.
@MelissaHDavis @LnzyHou Nice! I never met him and we couldn't afford Nettleton shoes. He opened his own shoe shop, made shoes from scratch and barely made a living. He never made even one purse, I wish I had a time machine! I was in the dead shop as a kid, we played with the very powerful Landis machine and looked through the cat's paw heels and leather stacks.
