@dr_zooks I see things in my bedroom almost every night. I blame it on the weed!
@dr_zooks I'm usually happy to get 4 to 5 hours of REM sleep a night. Beyond that I can sleep, but it's a lot lighter. 4 to 5 hours per night keeps me sane though!
@MeTheUnfiltered same here, it normally doesn't effect my appetite, but if I go out in public I can eat everything in sight.
@MeTheUnfiltered that's almost spooky. I have incredible (depending on how you look at it) insomnia and that's been the ONLY thing that shuts my brain up long enough to fall asleep.
Now I just need to find something to keep me asleep.
