Welp my confidence is officially shaken π
Was talking to someone really great and it seemed like things were going well, then all of sudden we weren't really talking.
Not sure if I said or did anything or not but being a cancer my brain is in severe overdrive.
First time I've actually opened my heart back up after the divorce, wish I could catch a win somewhere π
@Unabashed_Vo I usually don't let myself get this affected, I think it's because it's the first person I actually liked since my divorce, and it also wasn't all her. I get shy and self conscious at times too which locks me up. I def know I can't let it affect me like this every time, hopefully this is just a one off feeling.
Think of it as practice for when the truly phenomenal person shows up you can be eaay breasy & fun.
@Bliss Good way of looking at it
@MarvelousMadi13 Hugs
@SaltyVeruca thanks π
@MarvelousMadi13 Find a way to bridge the gap in confidence! This is going to happen, it can't take you down every time. Think of it as taking literal steps toward your goal of finding someone compatible, and when someone drops off, so be it. Thanks for the time! It also means they weren't mature enough to communicate, so BYE! Take it steady and slow, you'll get there.
