So today I turned 42 but more importantly it's my 1 year anniversary of being on HRT. When I look back at this last year, so much has changed, both good & bad. I've started to see more physical changes as I try to find the right hormone levels, I've started to like myself more than I ever have & I get to be my authentic self every day I've also had to try & learn to adjust to life being divorced & less time with my kids.
@MarvelousMadi13 hmm I don't know. I see a more defined femininity there. Gorg.
@SaltyVeruca Thanks, I'll take it π
@MarvelousMadi13 πΎ Here's to year two!
For what it's worth, I can see some facial shape changes. We're often the worst judges of our changes :)
@lenaoflune I appreciate you seeing/saying that because yeah I am horrible at seeing changes π
@MarvelousMadi13 Congrats Madi! Happy for you! π #TransJoy

I have my good days and my bad days, but the bad days are much less than they were in the beginning.
I know this is a marathon and not a sprint. All I can do is try to continue to be the real me and slowly work on fine tuning. The important part is I know in my heart I made the right decision despite the rough days.
Here's hoping year 2 will bring some additional joy π
P.S. Pic on the left is a year ago today and the right is yesterday. Like I said not many changes π€£
