Pray for me.
I'm going to the dentist (because I have to - broken molar) for the first time since the 90s. I'm getting a cleaning, which will also enable the dentist to see what the problem is. It's also cheaper than just going in because of the tooth. Go figure.
This probably wouldn't be an issue for me if my general healthcare covered dental automatically all these years. Ugh.
Maybe they can give you a temporary crown or fill the break. I absolutely freak when I have to go to the dentist. I feel for you!
@KazzyH
Pieces have broken off in the back of it, so I am rooting for a crown! I don't think they can fill it in its current condition.
@MariaAragon64
I pray for you, in a similar situation myself.
Also I'll never understand why our teeth are not covered. Or eye appointments for glasses. Last time I checked they were a part bodies.
@KazzyH
Right?!
And you can die from a burst abscess in your tooth/gums just as readily as from a heart attack.
My guess is that their lobby refuses to be included as it would interfere with their $$$.
The tooth doesn't hurt.
Yet.
I plan to resist letting them pull my tooth. I will fight for any other option.
