S: Just my need to know, Bro…says it’s about non-military and secular stuff.
KD: It’s also about being polite and courteous, and about the law, like a CIVIL action.
S: Wow, being polite and courteous and lawful…Like living in peace.
KD: Yep, like living in peace.
S: Hopefully, CIVIL actions will avoid civil war.
