Good Morning Folks!🌞
Hope your day is beginning, and/or ending, in a worry free & pleasant way❤️
I've been practicing🛵 in our Red Cross parking lot, a block away. The irony of where I practice the vids I watched, to me: sort of laughable; if I wreck, I'm only yards away from a bunch of medical folks + the pharmacy next door + a volunteer fire station across the road. I'm near plenty of life savers!😅
🤔A TV station's close too; gotta stay upright; don't wanna be 'breaking' news🤦🏽♀️👵🏼
@Gramdma2011 Morning 🙂 I'm sure you are doing well and won't need medical help.
@Gramdma2011 My fear point is when the path and the dropped kerb are close enough that everything has to be at an angle going up or down - that angled movement is quite scary (especially as I cannot get myself up off the floor).
@Mandypar If I fall, I could potentially hurt my operated on knee or worse, back!
I pretend Hubs is in my ear guiding me along; I can almost hear his "Just ride it" or "Don't hesitate" or "You got it" as well as his "Ride it like you're in charge; just make it home whatever you do" encouragements. Thinking of him takes the edge off the fear a bit.
Each day gets better; the🛵videos are helpful. Having ridden🚲& roller⛸️for years is also a plus in forcing 'calm down' mode; I know how to fall
