I am already losing to the depression I live with, which is currently in a crippling flare, I don't think I can watch the news. Hey CoSo, how much self disclosure are you set up for?

Depression can be a viscous rollercoaster of emotions. Up/down, Up/down.......
If you take meds for depression, be really careful. Anti-depressants can/are dangerous. Can make depression worse😔☹💜
@MallyDaKatt thank you. I do have meds, and a doc and a therapist watching like hawks to make sure there is nothing really dangerous going on
