ON this date in 1721 - Peter the Great (Peter I), ruler of Russia, changed his title to emperor.

Hearing this and not to be outdone, Bun Man, ruler of the West African nation of Neverenuftiti, took counsel from his chief aide, Mr. Purple. Bun's new name would be Papadoc, Emperor for Life, DaDa.

This worked until that fiendish Duvalier in Haiti stole Bun's name in the 21st century...
