Morning Peeps,
I'm sleeping better and longer...Found a new ENT surgeon friend Saturday night at the PEO event, and now doing a generic Flonase each night before bed, and it's helping.
Slept straight through to 0400, I never do that.
Playing in the Men's League again this morning, gives me a morning teetime at this High Season time of year here. And guess who came in first last week? THE KID

Costco carries the least expensive set... I think I paid $20 for 5 last I bought... But they have sales now and again too drop $5 from that...
I do mine every morning... It's nearly like I don't have allergies during the day... I still get issues at night due to deviated septum... So Breathe Right dupes from Amazon every night...
