SHOULD HAVE CALLED IT CONGRESS 6...

ON this date in 1964 - January 30 - The U.S. launched Ranger 6. The unmanned spacecraft carried television cameras and was intentionally crash-landed on the moon. The cameras did not return any pictures to Earth.

Hearing this and somewhat smirking, Bun Man turned to Mr. Purple and said "Hell, they should have called it Congress 6, they have cameras which provide coverage of their boring selves while congressmen intentionally crash-land any U.S. progress."
