“The Supreme Court heard arguments Tuesday in United States v. Rahimi, which argues it’s unconstitutional to take guns away from a domestic abuser under a restraining order. The case is built on the Court’s Bruen decision of last year, which mandates that gun regulations must have a historical antecedent from the time of the Founding Fathers (back when wife-beating was not a crime).
