There will come a day when I'm not harassed on my run, but today was not it.
Twice today!
Once by a person asking if I hated men because I was always out alone. (He was with his dad in his 80s, who had the sense to intervene with better etiquette.)
Second time by the Evangelical newspaper vendor, who strongly wants to date me (FFS), does not listen to me telling him to leave me alone, & is *really* testing my nonviolence especially unto older frail people.
Living in peace is tough, mi gente.

I am so sorry. 😠 That is annoying, and I might talk back too.
I thought there would eventually be a time when I wasn't harassed/subjected to intrusive comments or actions when I was out minding my own business, surely being postmenopausal would fix that problem, but I have come to the conclusion this shit will still be happening when I'm 90.
