Imagine if Barack Obama or Kamala Harris had changed their last names instead of working out their daddy issues when they were adults almost 30 years old.
You don't have to imagine it because you can see what Vance is doing with his projection of his own failed coping mechanisms.
It tells me something when a 40 year old still hasn't worked on his own issues and projects his faults onto others. We all know Trump does that too ( and just makes up stupid nonsense). They are a deeply, deeply flawed pair.
It tells me they don't have the coping mechanisms the job requires, nor the humility to admit their own flaws and mistakes and to self-correct.

To be fair, JD Vance isnt the way he is because he changed his name. He is also a makeup-wearing liar, bully, racist, misogynist bigot. Can't blame that on daddy issues. If he somehow manages to become VPOTUS, will he be required to switch back to his original name, or will he make up a brand new one? Pointless, since his full history will become public record.
