@Lucky188 Oh dear.
Preposterous.
This now begs the question, are the parents then liable to being held to account for infringing on their 7 year-old's right to bear arms when they say 'fuck no'?
And if yes, are they also to be held to account when their 7 year-old shoots up their classroom?
@th3j35t3r With the matter they are considering could we also see preschool shootings?
@th3j35t3r Yeah they dont seem to think past the messes they make with bad legal judgement.
Yes. This court is driven by ideology with no consideration for real world impact.
@Lucky188 the scotus doesn't deserve a shred of respect from anyone at this point, they repeatedly prove that they're not worthy. They're a bunch of yellow gutted caricatures in robes, they might as well sit on the bench in full maga gear.
@Lucky188 Which of these cases are you referring to?

@peterquirk Its not on the docket but today they tossed out a decision from PA Court banning 18-year-olds to openly carry guns. They left the ban in place while the lower court reconsiders in light of SCOTUS ruling today. Likely a future SCOTUS docketed item in light of the actions.
MTNLegal AF short on it. https://youtube.com/shorts/geJP2I4p_jA?feature=shared
