@cassandra17lina So many adding words that just arent there. No where in sect 3 does it say congress has any duty accept to remove the impediment created by sedition. Some of the greatest legal scholars of our time Lawrence Tribe, J. Michael Luttig and many others do not agree with this decision. Many submitted amicus briefs saying CO decision should stand. We cant expect exceptionalism out of a corrupt court like we currently have.
