Yes, absolutely! It can be so frustrating and disappointing. Going back to what I wrote yesterday, it helps me very much to think of every moment as one of possibility and new beginning filled with new light and I try to proceed from that. Keyword is “try” there, not easy, it needs real being in the moment and mindful.
